Main Page: The Green Grinder program is a revolution in the recycling
and waste management for the "new build" construction and
manufacturing industries. At the heart of this program is the Green
Grinder which is a highly mobile, horizontal shredder which has the
unique ability to shred/process a wide variety of "pre-segregated"
waste on the actual site itself! The difference between the Green
Grinder verses traditional mobile grinders is that the Green Grinder
is a small (4.5 ton) but powerful (125 HP/Diesel) shredder that can
address the three main site waste streams (gypsum, wood & hardcore). |

there's more! The
mobile Green Bailer addresses site waste packaging (cardboard &
plastic wrappings) and has an on board paint pot/can washing and crushing
station. |

Green Screen and Organic Filter Tube systems address site water filtration/runoff
and soil erosion using the clean wood mulch processed through the
Green Grinder. |

order to comply with the new 2007/2008 "pretreatment" of
site waste and SWMPs (Site Waste Management Plans), 2G has developed
a priortory Waste Tracker System that is highly detailed in the type
(European Waste Codes), location, volume, treatment, destination,
and provides a site by site custom waste audit trail! The entire program
is EA exempt in England/Wales and have full LPPC licences. |
